Scholarships
2025-2026 Scholarship Applications Are Now Being Accepted
Don’t miss your chance to apply for the 2025 Michigan Pharmacy Foundation Scholarship! This opportunity is open to students pursuing a career in pharmacy. Submit your application today and take the next step toward your future.
The Foundation provides scholarships to exceptional up-and-coming pharmacists. Since establishing the program in 2002, the Foundation has awarded more than $110,000 in scholarships to deserving future practitioners.
This year, a $3,000 MPF scholarship will be awarded to one student pharmacist at each of Michigan’s three colleges of pharmacy. Additionally, the Larry Wagenknecht Leadership Scholarship will award a $3,500 scholarship to a student who has demonstrated exceptional leadership capabilities. When funding allows, the Foundation Board of Trustees may award additional scholarships to student pharmacists who exhibit exceptional academic, leadership, and professional achievements.
Each MPF scholarship is a one-time award. All scholarships will be paid in a single payment and presented during the MPA Annual Convention & Exposition, held on April 18, 2026. Scholarship awardees are expected to be in attendance to receive their scholarship. The awardee must still be enrolled as a full-time pharmacy student and be making satisfactory progress on their educational degree.
