1. Purpose of This Portal

The MPF Portal is an internal-use system designed to support scholarship programs, applications,
administrative workflows, board nominations, event coordination, and other educational or charitable
activities of the Michigan Pharmacy Foundation.

The Portal is not a public service, commercial product, or paid platform. Access is granted solely
at the discretion of MPF.

2. Eligibility & Access

Access is limited to authorized individuals who are approved by MPF, including applicants,
administrators, board members, reviewers, and affiliated staff.

MPF reserves the right to revoke access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use the Portal for legitimate program-related purposes only
• Not share login credentials
• Not attempt to access restricted areas or data
• Not misuse, extract, or copy data from the Portal
• Not interfere with system operation or security

Any misuse or unauthorized access may result in immediate suspension of access and, when
appropriate, legal action.

Information submitted through the Portal, including applications or documents, becomes part of
MPF’s administrative records and may be reviewed by authorized personnel.

Users are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all submissions.

Your use of the Portal is also subject to MPF’s Privacy Policy. By using the Portal, you acknowledge
